Office 2019 VLSC版をインストールする
# 背景
下記公式ドキュメントよりOffice 2016のときに比べてインストールがめんどくさくなった

# 手順
①Office Deployment Toolをインストール
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49117
②configuration-Office365-x64.xmlを編集
デフォルトが英語設定になっているため、編集が必要

③Office関連を全てアンインストール
Skype,OneDriveもアンインストールすべき(要検証)
④インストール
configuration-Office365-x64.xmlがあるディレクトリにてコマンドプロンプトより下記コマンドを実行
setup.exe /download configuration-Office365-x64.xml
setup.exe /configure configuration-Office365-x64.xml
